2. DB DISTRO operates as a wholesale distributor. Access to wholesale pricing and order placement requires an approved wholesale account.

2. Orders & Payments

  2. Payment is required at the time of purchase unless other terms are agreed in writing.
  3. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, ACH, wire transfer, check, or other approved methods.

3. Shipping & Risk of Loss

1. Orders are shipped FOB (Freight on Board) from our warehouse. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the carrier accepts the shipment.
2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

4. Returns & Refunds

1. Returns are subject to the DB DISTRO Returns Policy (see dedicated page).
2. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
   

5. Product Use & Compliance
